Our Story

THE JUNGLE is a new training space in Salhouse, offering small group personal training focused on strength, mobility, and conditioning.
Every session is coached. Every program is structured. All are designed to help you move better, feel better, and get stronger, long-term.
Opening The Jungle has been a long-time dream for both of us. To now bring it to life and start our journey, in this space, feels incredibly special. We can’t wait to welcome you in and see you all grow 🌱
Strength. Movement. Growth.
Meet the Team

Heach Coach
Rabbi Lucky
Rabbi qualified as a Personal Trainer back in 2022 and has been working tirelessly ever since to make his clients stronger, happier and more confident.

"For as long as I can remember, fitness has always been my biggest passion, whether it’s something I’ve not done too much of, or whether it’s something I’m very good at. I love all things fitness!
However, during lockdown in 2020 I had become heavily overweight, and I couldnt get myself out of the rut. I reached out to my now business partner Jordan Neale and lost nearly 25kg. I was the person who would sit in my car outside the gym, riddled with anxiety about going in. I knew when I finished school, I wanted to find a career where I could help improve someone else’s life even just that 1%."

Head Coach
Jordan Neal
Jordan started his journey studying Sports & Exercise Science and found a passion for coaching during a voluntary S&C role with Northampton Saints Rugby Club. From there, he became a qualified PT and went on to coach CrossFit gyms, personal training studios, and group classes and worked as an activity coordinator for the National Trust.

"In 10 years of coaching I’ve helped hundreds of people through strength training, conditioning, and mindset shifts. Now, im building something of my own.
The Jungle is a space for structure, progression, and real coaching, bringing together everything I believe in to help people train with purpose and move with confidence."

1-2-1 Boxing Coach
Mariana Rocha
Coach Mariana has a degree in psychology and has combined this with a personal training qualification.

"Fitness has been part of my life since I can remember. I fell in love with martial arts when I was a young teenager, in my very first kickboxing class. I wanted to keep challenging myself, so I moved on to Muay Thai, then MMA, and finally ended up with boxing.
Ironically, I didn't use to like (just) boxing because I believed I sucked at it. I started training because I wanted to prove myself wrong… and I did. Now, I'm passionate about coaching and seeing the amazing results it has on improving people's confidence and general wellbeing."

SGPT & Glute Lab Coach
Hannah Smith
Hannah has worked in the fitness industry for around 6 years now. She is a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and am currently studying to become a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

"My passion for fitness started when I was 17 years old. At 15, I was diagnosed with an eating disorder and felt like I had hit a dead end with recovery. That was until I discovered the power of weight training and the positive impact it had not only on physical health but also mental health.
From then on, I knew I wanted to try and help as many people as I could find their own strength — not just in the gym, but within themselves. My goal is to support others in building confidence, developing a healthy relationship with exercise, and achieving their goals in a way that feels empowering and sustainable."

Physiotherapist, Apex Injury Clinic
Tom Steadman
After qualifying with a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy from the University of Essex, Tom has spent the last few years helping people move well and stay pain-free through his work at Apex Injury Clinic and Fit20 Norwich.

"From the age of 3 when i started playing football, sport has always been a massive part of my life. My career in health and fitness started at sixth form, with an eye opening and inspirational work experience at a local injury clinic, starting a passion that has led me dedicated to help people move and perform better in all aspects of their life.

Whether it's rehabbing injuries, improving performance, or just getting people moving again, everything I do is about making movement feel good, whatever level you're at. When movement feels good, everything else gets easier – from training hard to just getting through your day pain-free."
